If you violate these Terms of Use, AIA Georgia may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, bar you from attending events developed and promoted by AIA Georgia, cancel your ticket order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.

The content and software on this Site is the property of AIA Georgia and/or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Complete Description of Goods and Services
AIA Georgia develops and promotes events. This web site is used to share a web page or pages constructed to specifically describe each event. If you have any questions or comments about the description for a particular event, including the financial responsibilities of Guests, please contact AIA Georgia prior to registering for an event.
Registration Policy
Registration for events developed and promoted by AIA Georgia may include tickets from other promoters, teams, bands and venues. In such cases, AIA Georgia may not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Policies set forth by our clients, such as venues, teams and theatres, prohibit AIA Georgia from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets. You agree, without reservation, to be bound by all policies of venues hosting events developed and promoted by AIA Georgia.
Registrations processed through the Site are typically executed during the same business day if registrations are completed during AIA Georgia business hours. The number of registered guests for each event is limited by the size of the venue and the laws, rules and regulations of the government authority having jurisdiction. When registration for an event reaches the maximum number of guests, the registration for the event will be closed. Registration will also close prior to each event to allow enough time between the attempt to register and the start time of the event for the staff of AIA Georgia to compile a guest list. During such period, the staff of AIA Georgia does not have enough time to receive and process registrations. During times when registration is closed due to the proximity of the event, you may contact AIA Georgia by telephone to inquire about completing a registration over the phone or at the venue.
Payment Methods
AIA Georgia accepts several methods of payment for registration and purchase of goods. Refer to the registration for a specific event for a list of acceptable payment methods.
Incorrect Information in the Registration Form
Registrations are processed only after the registration form has been properly completed. Occasionally, Users provide incorrect billing or credit card account information. Such incorrect information can delay processing. In these cases, the staff of AIA Georgia will attempt to contact you, using the information provided during the registration process. If the staff of AIA Georgia is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, the staff of AIA Georgia may cancel your order and allow another User to register in your place.
Limit of Registration
AIA Georgia reserves the right to limit the number of registrations completed by each individual User. This amount, if any, is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair registration practices.
International Order Processing
AIA Georgia will only complete registrations for guests who provide personal information that can be verified through AIA Georgia’s third party processors. Some international billing addresses can not be verified. In such cases, the registration process will be terminated. If this occurs, you may contact AIA Georgia.
Guests who complete the registration process are responsible for making their own way to the event unless specifically noted otherwise in the event description. AIA Georgia will not be responsible for mailing, shipping or otherwise transmitting event related materials, whether electronic, hard copy or other goods, to any guests.
Collection of Tickets, Passes, Vouchers and Other Goods
AIA Georgia typically creates a manifest for guests who have completed the registration process. In most cases, this manifest is used to control guest access to various events. In some cases, guests will be required to check-in with the staff of AIA Georgia to receive tickets, vouchers or other goods prior to attending an event. In such cases, the guests will be notified either during the registration process or by email prior to the start of the event.
When guests are required to check-in prior to an event, they must produce a valid government-issued photo identification, such as a drivers license or passport, and/or the credit card used to complete the registration process. AIA Georgia will not release tickets or other materials if the name on the ID or credit card does not match the name used to purchase the tickets from AIA Georgia or if the photo on the ID does not appear to be the photo of the person retrieving the tickets. To find out what other types of photo ID are acceptable, please contact AIA Georgia.
Limitations of Age and Physical Ability
Laws governing the participation or attendance of minors may prohibit children under 18 years of age or 21 years of age from attending certain events. Additionally, certain third party contractors and venues may have their own age limitations that restrict the participation of children under a certain age. Typically, any age limitations will be provided in the description for each event. Please contact AIA Georgia by email or by telephone if you would like additional information about the age limitations for participation in a particular event.
Also, some events developed and promoted by AIA Georgia may not be suitable for people with certain medical conditions or poor health. AIA Georgia reserves the right to require a physical examination by a board registered physician approved by AIA Georgia prior to a Guest’s participation in an event developed and/or promoted by AIA Georgia. AIA Georgia will not be responsible for any fees, expenses or other requirements resulting from medical examinations.
It is your responsibility to notify AIA Georgia in writing of any medical conditions or other health concerns including lack of physical fitness or any other potential issues. AIA Georgia would prefer not to exclude anyone from participating any events developed and/or promoted by AIA Georgia. AIA Georgia will only exclude Guests within its sole discretion when necessary to protect the physical wellbeing of a Guest and other participants.
All contact with the physician(s) of a particular Guest on the part of AIA Georgia must be authorized in writing from the Guest prior to any contact. Any discussions, correspondence or other transmissions between you, your physician and AIA Georgia will be safeguarded by AIA Georgia as sensitive and private information. In no event will a Guest’s medical information be kept in an online database or electronic profile accessible through the AIA Georgia web site.
Delivery Policy
AIA Georgia does not typically provide goods (such as clothing or other commemorative items) to its patrons. Patrons use this Site to register as a guest for a particular event. Once the registration is complete and all fees and other expenses are paid, the Guest’s name is added to a manifest for the event. After this process is complete, the Guest may attend the event and receive, via email, any additional information specific to that event.
On occasion, AIA Georgia will provide goods specific to an event. These goods may include t-shirts and other commemorative goods. If these goods are purchased through the AIA Georgia web site, the Guest should expect to receive such goods when he or she attends the event. For this reason, AIA Georgia asks that Users refrain from purchasing goods unless they have also completed the registration process and paid all requisite fees and other expenses. Users may contact AIA Georgia to make specific arrangements to purchase a good or goods without attending the companion event. Such purchases must be arranged on a case by case basis.
On occasion, AIA Georgia and its affiliates will provide goods and/or vouchers for services as a prize to a Guest who participates in a specific event. Typically, goods and/or vouchers for services will be delivered during the event. AIA Georgia and its affiliates, at their discretion, may deliver goods or vouchers at any time during or after a Guest has completed the registration process. It is the responsibility of the Guest to make all necessary arrangements to collect such goods and/or vouchers for services. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject to the manufacturer’s or provider’s terms therefore, and winner agrees to look solely to such manufacturer or provider for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy
All fees, tickets and other expenses associated with each event are non-refundable unless expressly and explicitly advertised by AIA Georgia as otherwise. You may not receive any credit for future events or transfer the value of any fees, tickets or other expenses to other parties. Events are rain or shine unless otherwise noted in the description for the particular event. If you have any questions or comments about the return or refund policy, please contact AIA Georgia before you purchase any tickets or pay any fees and other expenses.
Cancelled Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band, performer(s) or venue due to weather conditions, situations affecting the staff or audience or a variety of other reasons. If an event is cancelled, please contact AIA Georgia for information on receiving a refund, if applicable, from the responsible party. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Contact AIA Georgia for exact instructions.
